Emily Roche - Head of Research and Enterprise Strategic Projects 
Responsible for facilitating the coordination of a range of high-level cross-college initiatives, promoting efficient information and idea exchange, ensuring alignment with our overarching research and enterprise goals, as well as the College's broader mission and strategy. Additionally, Emily plays a crucial part in cultivating an entrepreneurial ecosystem for both staff and students by supporting the development of multidisciplinary research initiatives and establishing strategic relationships with various internal and external partners, including research funders and corporate collaborators.  Emily leads the VPRE Office team to deliver exceptional strategic support and oversee the smooth operation of the Office and its broader remit.

Emma Neave - Executive Assistant to the Vice-Provost (Research and Enterprise) 
The core responsibilities of Emma's role revolve around supporting the Vice-Provost (Research and Enterprise) to ensure the best use of her time, focusing on diary management, meeting coordination and travel planning.  In addition to these core duties, Emma provides finance support.

Lara Breckon - Operations and Projects Officer

Lara supports the Vice-Provost’s Office with the planning and delivery of high-level, strategic projects, contributing to the ongoing management of the College’s Research Strategy and Enterprise agenda and other short and long-term projects related to enhancing the delivery of impact from our research. Lara manages various projects, ranging from research to sensitive initiatives. Her role encompasses scoping, planning, implementation, and communication, providing essential support, and serving as a primary contact for project-related inquiries.

Caitlin o'Shea - Operations and Projects Officer 
The Operations and Projects Officer involves a wide array of responsibilities, including project management, operational oversight, and communications within the Vice-Provost's area of responsibility. Caitlin serves as the primary liaison for all VPRE communications, managing platforms like X and LinkedIn while covering internal developments, external commitments, and events. Key tasks also include supporting regular meetings, including UREB and facilitating the development of the Impact Strategy. Additionally, Caitlin drafts various documents, including thought pieces, and facilitates processing institutional letters of support. Caitlin is also responsible for managing the internal prize schemes.

Natalie Applegarth  - Operations and Projects Officer 
The Operations and Projects Officer plays a crucial role in providing strategic support and coordination to foster the growth and enhancement of Imperial's institutional partnerships. This encompasses overseeing external partnerships and nurturing the development of the College's Centres and Networks of Excellence. This position serves as a vital link between external partnerships, offering assistance, streamlining processes, and actively fostering engagement throughout the College community. A key aspect involves nurturing strong collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, aiming to fortify and expand partnerships for mutual success.  Natalie also supports regular meetings, including RAG.
