South Kensington: 08.30-16.00

White City, MediaWorks: 09.00-16.00

Silwood Park: closed

White City, MSRH will be open 09.00-16.30 as normal.

You can still get support via phone and the ASK online portal.

Our ICT Service Desk team can help staff, students and visitors with a wide range of issues from; connecting to Wi-Fi, resetting passwords, software installation and much more.

White City - Room G20, Molecular Sciences Research Hub, 09.00-16.30

White City Hub - Level 1, The MediaWorks, 09.00-17.00 (for colleagues working there)

Silwood Park - Hamilton Building, Main Entrance, 12.30-13.30

Hammersmith - Library, Commonwealth Building, 09.00-16.30 (Mondays and Thursdays)

We are closed on university closure days.
