Exploring Complex Poly-Microbial Infections in the Cystic Fibrosis Airways |
This studentship will support an aspiring scientist to pursue a career in cystic fibrosis microbiology, providing a supportive environment for them to develop their skills in experimental design & methodology, statistical analysis, writing, presentation and interaction with multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with a co-appointed post-doctoral research associate, and will be embedded within the CF & Chronic Lung Infection Research Group, a collaborative of scientists and research-active clinical and allied health professionals based at the NHLI Brompton campus in central London. These vibrant research groups, led by Professor Jane Davies, Dr Dominic Hughes and Dr Luke Allsopp, provide an exciting environment, state-of-the-art facilities and excellent opportunities for PhD student training |
