The Annual Review Conversation (ARC) is an opportunity for staff to discuss everything they need to thrive at work with their line manager.
Imperial operates two ARC “seasons”: the Winter Season (February to April) and the Summer Season (July to September). Check with your line manager to find out which season your department will be conducting its ARCs.
You may wish to download this Word version of the ARC Form - Questions List to assist you in your preparation. However, this document should only be used to prepare for the completion of the ARC app and should not be used in its place.
